Our mission
Making fresh produce accessible to every Rwandan household.
When we started, most people in Kigali were choosing between convenience and quality. Supermarkets had fridges and barcodes. Markets had the fresh stuff — but only if you could get there early, haggle well, and carry everything home.
We built Cyizere to erase that trade-off. We work directly with Rwandan farmers and trusted importers, pick every order the morning of delivery, and bring it to your door across Gasabo, Kicukiro, and Nyarugenge.
Today more than a hundred thousand households trust us with their weekly basket. We're just getting started.
What we stand for
Four things we don't compromise on.
Fresh is non-negotiable
Produce is picked the morning it's delivered. If it's not up to standard, we don't load the van.
Fair to farmers
We pay our suppliers on delivery, not on 30-day terms. Farmers shouldn't bankroll our business.
On time, every time
Every order ships within a 4-hour window. If we miss it, delivery is on us — no questions.
