Peel and chop
Peel the mangoes and slice the flesh away from the stone. Drop everything into a blender.

Blend smooth
Add the milk, honey, and ice. Blend on high for 30–45 seconds until completely smooth.

Top and serve
Pour into two tall glasses. Spoon passion fruit pulp on top — the seeds add a beautiful crunch.
