Homemade Passion Juice
Cyizere passion fruits, a little water, a little sugar, and a fine sieve. The taste of every Kigali childhood.

Scoop
Halve all the passion fruits and scoop the pulp and seeds into a large jug.

Steep
Pour the cold water over the pulp, add the sugar, and stir vigorously until the sugar dissolves.

Strain & chill
Pour through a fine sieve into a clean jug, pressing the seeds gently to extract every drop. Refrigerate for at least 20 minutes. Serve over ice.
