Tree Tomato & Avocado Salad

Prep the produce
Slice the tree tomatoes thinly. Cube the avocado. Wedge the regular tomatoes. Soak the onion in cold water for 5 minutes to take the bite off.

Dress
Whisk lime juice, olive oil, salt and a few cracks of pepper in a small bowl until emulsified.

Toss and rest
Combine everything in a wide bowl, drizzle the dressing, and let it rest for 5 minutes so the flavours marry before serving.
